Platform Registration

  Open registration page Click on the user icon in the top right corner of the site or follow the "Login/Register" link

  Fill in the registration form Enter your name, email and create a strong password

  Password requirements:

  • Minimum 6 characters
  • Use letters and numbers
  • Avoid simple combinations (123456, password)

  Confirm email Check your email and click the confirmation link (check Spam folder if the email hasn't arrived)

  Log in to your account After confirming your email, use your credentials to log in to the system

Dashboard Overview

The tourist dashboard consists of several sections:

Manual Route Creation

  Open planner Click "Travel Planner" button on the main page or go to the "Planner" tab

  Select destination city Enter the city name in the search field. The map will automatically move to the selected city.

  Add points of interest Click on the map at places you want to visit. Each point will be added to your route.

  Tip:

  Use the search for attractions on the map or add points manually. Order of addition = order of visit.

  Configure route details For each point you can add a name, description and duration of stay

  Save route Click "Save route" and give it a name. The route will be saved in your profile.

AI Planner (paid feature)

AI will automatically create an optimal route based on your preferences in just 60 seconds!

  Select AI planner mode In the planner, click the "AI Planner" button

  Fill in trip parameters

  • Destination city/country
  • Trip duration (days)
  • Interests (culture, nature, gastronomy, etc.)
  • Travel pace (relaxed, moderate, active)

  Pay for usage Cost: 290 ₽ per request. Payment through secure payment system.

  Get ready route AI will create a route with optimal order of visiting places, taking into account travel time and recommendations

  Edit if necessary You can change the order of points, add or remove places at your discretion

How to book a tour

  Find a tour Go to the tour catalog and select the route you are interested in
• 2
  Check guide availability On the tour page, click "Book with guide". If the button is active - the guide conducts this tour personally.

  Select date and time In the calendar, select a convenient date and time from available slots

  Calendar legend:

  • Green cells - available for booking
  • Red cells - occupied or unavailable
  • Gray cells - past dates

  Specify number of participants Select the number of people (consider min/max guide limits)

  Make 25% prepayment To confirm the booking, pay 25% of the tour cost. The remainder is paid to the guide on site.

  Payment security:

  Payments are protected. If the guide cancels the tour, the prepayment will be fully refunded.

  Wait for confirmation The guide will review your request and confirm or decline the booking. You will receive an email notification.

  Contact the guide After confirmation, the guide's contacts will appear in the "My Tours" section to clarify meeting details

How to Download Tour for Offline

  Purchase a Tour Purchase a virtual tour from the catalog. Offline mode is available for all paid tours.

  Open "My Tours" Go to the "My Tours" section in your personal account

  Click "Download for Offline" Find the green "Download for Offline" button on the tour card and click it

  Tip:

  Ensure you have a stable internet connection and enough storage space (typically 50-200 MB per tour)

  Wait for Download Completion The download process will take 1-5 minutes depending on tour size. You'll see a progress bar with percentages.

  Done! Use Without Internet Now the button will change to "Start Offline". Turn on airplane mode and enjoy your tour!

How to Use Offline Tour

  Enable Airplane Mode To save battery and avoid roaming charges, enable airplane mode on your device

  Open the Tour In the "My Tours" section, click "Start Offline" on the desired tour

  Follow the Route Map, audio guide and all materials work without internet. Move from point to point.

  Listen to Audio Guide At each point, audio narration, photos and text descriptions are available
